Fit and Fabulous: Whitney Lochmueller
By Amanda Harper Posted: March 2nd, 2010“I think my biggest accomplishment is just developing myself into a person I want to be, which includes taking better care of myself than in the past,” Whitney explained. “I’m also very proud of the fact that I’ve been consistent and worked very hard to prevent any more back problems by strengthening my core.”
She encourages others seeking to get fit to tackle one thing at a time, whether that’s choosing to do cardio for ten minutes or cutting bread out at dinner.
